My name is Mr. Philip and it's my 11th year here at Buchanan High School! I am a CTE instructor which stands for Career Tech Education. This year I am teaching A LOT of different things: Graphic Design, Yearbook, Intro to Graphic Design, & BMA (Business Management Administration). Our goal in CTE programs is to connect classroom lessons to real world situations, preparing each student for life after high school.
Besides being a CTE instructor I'm also a family man. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 25 years and together we have 5 children and about 15 family pets. They keep me very busy outside of school. As part of our CTE requirements, all students must participate in Safety Training that is relevant to the CTE program they are taking. Please download the resources and complete the necessary training components.
