Closure Assignments: 3/16 - ???
Hey Guys - so this closure really makes things interesting for us as a Yearbook staff. We can still do some stuff from home. Please check your emails regularly and also feel free to use the group chat to communicate as well.
Goal #1: Work on your spreads! Winter needs to be done and moved to approved ASAP. If you do not have internet access let me know so that I can assign your spread to someone else!
Goal #2: Take advantage of this time off and try to sell 1 ad per week we are closed.
Val is going to be sending me some assignments so I will pass these along. Also - be thinking about the page we need to add to the yearbook....The Closure of 2020! What pictures can you take during this time? What news clips can we use? Local prices? Number one thing people ran out of...? How do we want to remember this crazy time?
We've still got a yearbook to get out this year, so let's stay focused and make this the best yearbook Buchanan has ever seen! Stay healthy and wash your hands!

Week 16: 12/16 - 12/19
We have a-lot of work to do this week. Our goal before Friday is to finish, your assigned spreads, and review others. See the below e-mail about the added student portraits and instruction.
This email is to inform you that 649 portrait images have been added to your Online Design account.
You can edit your portrait information by navigating to the Portraits and Index tab of Online Design. For further instructions, log in to yearbookhelp.com and view the Editing Student Information post.
Once your portrait information is edited to your satisfaction, click Flow Portraits in the Portraits and Index tab to create your portrait pages. For further instructions, log in to yearbookhelp.com and view the Portrait Flowing Process post.
If you notice any errors after flowing the portraits, you still have an opportunity to correct them. Simply go back to the Portraits and Index tab and edit the information. When you are finished, click the Flow Portraits tab again. This time, simply click Reflow for the appropriate grade level, and your portrait pages will update.
Please refer to the Quick Start Guide in your Planning Kit or visit yearbookhelp.com if you have questions about this process.
